In this opening couplet, Ala Hazrat expresses immense love and sends millions of salutations upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, describing him as the soul of mercy and the ultimate source of guidance for humanity.
مہرِ چرخِ نبوت پہ روشن درود
گلِ باغِ رسالت پہ لاکھوں سلام
Meaning
Brightest blessings upon the sun of the sky of Prophethood. Millions of salutations upon the flower of the garden of Messengership.
Sharah (Explanation)
The Prophet ﷺ is compared to the sun illuminating the sky of all Prophets, and the most beautiful flower in the garden of Messengers.
